Complete Convention Program 2012

REGISTRATION: APRIL 3-4, 2012
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm
Registration packets can be picked up at the registration desk located in convention center lobby.

NAME BADGES AND TICKETS ARE REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE CONVENTION.
Convention registration includes OFPA/Ozark Section IFT Exposition/Reception and educational meetings. Breakfast and lunch tickets are available to registered guests but are not included in the registration fee.

Preregistration fee for the convention is $50 per person (includes the reception). Preregistration deadline is March 25. After March 25, the registration fee is $75. Registration can be cancelled by written request to OFPA. No refunds after March 25, 2012. Substitutions are allowed. “No-shows” will not receive a refund.

LODGING
The Holiday Inn, 1500 South 48th Street, Springdale, AR, 72762, has reserved a block of rooms for our convention under Ozark Food Processors Association. OFPA GOLF TOURNAMENT
9:00 am  Shadow Valley Country Club, Rogers, AR
Entry fee is $110 per person ($440 per team) which includes range balls, 1/2 cart, greens fees, and lunch. Prizes awarded in two flights determined by score.
Proceeds from the tournament will be contributed to the OFPA scholarship fund.
There will be an additional $25 late fee for payment received after March 1st. Hole sponsorships are available for $100/hole.
