Booth A-12:The Sensory Service Center offers descriptive, discrimination, and consumer analysis of products. The professional descriptive panel has extensive experience in profiling food products for their appearance, aroma, flavor and texture. We conduct consumer testing on demand and recruit respondents according to your specifications. Testing is usually in a laboratory setting, but we also provide services for central location and home-use testing. Consumer panelists are recruited from our databases of 3900 consumers.
